  • No, Starter level pricing is for startup businesses under two years with  lower level activity and minimal revenues

  • No, with this level of volume the amount of work involved fits into the Premium Package.

  • Transactions include any receipt, invoice, bill or entry needed to record into your books whether they are recorded in the reconciled bank account or not (for example: if a client uses personal credit card for an expense, but this account  never reconciled as it is a personal card, this classes as a transaction)

  • If your business records are a mess that’s okay! We never judge, we’re here to help you get them in order. Start by giving us a call, we’ll organize them for you, it’s what we do. You deserve that peace of mind!

  • According to the GAAP, to claim food or entertainment as a business expense you need both the till receipt with the total and the order receipt that shows what you actually got as a product or service. Your books must tell a story on their own without any human intervention.
